GUMMY SMILE CORRECTION
Gummy Smile patients have always presented orthodontics with a huge dilemma. Excessive gum display during smile in adult patients was difficult to correct without orthognathic surgery in the past. With the application of micro implants, a large amount of intrusion and retraction of upper front teeth is possible for the correction of an adult Gummy Smile (Excessive Gingival Display).
RE - TREATMENT IN ORTHODONTICS
If you are not satisfied with your previous orthodontic treatment, re-treatment is possible without further extraction of teeth by pushing the posterior (back teeth) distally (Back) and creating space to bring the protruded front teeth back.
TREATMENT FOR OVER-VISIBILITY OF TEETH
Excessive front teeth during a smile are a common aesthetic complaint in dentistry. There were only surgical treatments, but now it’s possible without surgery.
TREATMENT FOR CLASS III CASES
35 to 40% of class III cases are due to short and retrognathic maxilla another 20 to 25% is a combination of the short and retrognathic maxilla and prognathic mandible. In these cases, with the help of MSE (Maxillary Skeletal Expander) we can split the mid-palatine suture at any age and bring the maxilla forward with reverse pull head gear or face mask, and heavy force elastics, 3.5 to 4 mm. of forward movement of the maxilla can be achieved. If the lower anterior is still in crossbite it can be brought backward by removing the lower 3rd molars and distalizing the lower posteriors with B.S. Screw and retracting the lower anterior to correct the crossbite.
SMILE CORRECTION
Smile correction using micro implants is a minimally invasive dental procedure aimed at enhancing the aesthetics of an individual’s smile. This innovative technique involves the use of tiny implants, often made of titanium, which are strategically placed in the jawbone to support and reposition the teeth
FACIAL ASSYMETRY
Facial asymmetry refers to the condition in which the two sides of a person’s face are not symmetric or balanced in appearance. It is a common occurrence and can vary in severity from mild to more noticeable differences between the left and right sides of the face.
Facial asymmetry can manifest in various ways, such as variations in the size and shape of the eyes, ears, cheeks, jawline, or overall facial structure. These differences can be attributed to a combination of genetic factors, natural growth patterns, and external influences like injury or habits such as favoring one side while sleeping.
